Drinks

Drinks are food, so we can't take them back once they've shipped. If a case arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.

Apparel

You can return hoodies, hats and tees within 30 days of delivery if they're unworn, unwashed, with tags on and in the original packaging.

Sale items are final sale.

How to start a return

• Email mike@dontsleepenergy.com with your order email and what you're returning.
• We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send it to.
• Returns sent without asking us first can't be accepted.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Return the original, then place a new order for the one you want. That's the fastest way to get it.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If it's been longer than that, email us.
